From July 21, 2021, the health pass becomes mandatory in all places and events planned for cultural, sports and leisure activities (theaters, cinemas, museums, theme parks, festivals, concerts, sports establishments. ..) accommodating at least 50 people.
To access these places, people over 12 years old will therefore have to present proof of non-contamination with Covid.
The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital (via the TousAntiCovid application) or paper, of proof of non-contamination.
Certificate of complete vaccination, negative RT-PCR or antigen test of less than 48 hours, result of a positive RT-PCR test, of at least 11 days and less than 6 months, attesting to the recovery of the Covid.
All staff in places where the pass is imposed on customers must also have the health pass from August 30, 2021.
For adolescents aged 12 to 17, the health pass will also apply from August 30 in places where it is required.
The health pass verification data will not be kept by the controller. The authorized person will require the presentation of proof of identity to ensure that the identity of the health pass matches that presented by the person. Otherwise, the person's entry may be refused.
The internal security forces are mobilized as soon as the decree comes into force, to ensure proper compliance with the implementation of the health pass.
